TotMediX helps parents keep their children's medications, vaccinations and symptoms in one place, shared with the people who help care for them.

Email support@totmedix.com and a real person will reply, usually within two business days. Tell us your child's first name only — never send a full medical record or a prescription image by email.
Common questions #
How do I add someone to my village?
Open the child's profile and choose Manage caregivers. Invite them by email. They'll need their own TotMediX account, and they'll see the same record you do, on their own phone.
The scan didn't read my prescription properly.
TotMediX shows you every medicine it read so you can check it against the prescription before anything is saved — tap any medicine to correct a dose, frequency or duration. If a prescription can't be read clearly, TotMediX tells you instead of guessing, and you can add the medicines yourself. Handwritten prescriptions and prescriptions not written in English will usually need manual entry.
TotMediX doesn't work out doses. Every value comes from the prescription you scanned or from what you typed. Always check against the prescription itself, and follow your doctor or pharmacist.
My reminders aren't arriving.
Check that notifications are switched on for TotMediX in your phone's Settings, and that the phone isn't in a Focus or Do Not Disturb mode that silences them. If they still don't arrive, email us and tell us the medicine and the time it should have fired.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose TotMediX. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app, under Settings. You can also request deletion here.
How do I withdraw consent for prescription scanning?
Email support@totmedix.com and we'll switch it off for your account.
